1. Reminder for Plie in 4th position!
~ keep your weight equally placed on both feet
~ I personally prefer a smaller 4th position especially for adult beginners so that we remember to keep both our hips square. a wide 4th position is difficult to maintain perfectly when using the turn out muscles has not become a good habit yet.
~ both legs must be equally turned out. pay special attention to the back leg which tends to wander off.
